Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Bathing suits and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Condition for Return

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number or Email (orly@orlymail.com). The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

  • We cater to return policy only if there are genuine manufacturing defects in the products. The items returned will be checked thoroughly by our quality control department. After approval, the refund will be initiated within a period of 15 business days.
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the accessories, IMEI stickers, in the same condition in which you received it. Product must also be in its original package.
  • To complete your return process, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice copy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Refund

We work on No Refund policy. However, if the customer is entirely dissatisfied with the product, our customer care team may consider the request. Refunds shall be processed within 21 days period.

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return.
